Register Your Floral Business
Complete the information below to begin registration. A California resale license is not required to register, but it must be provided to receive tax-exempt purchasing status.
What happens next
The team will send the required documents and review your completed submission. Registration is completed after all required documents are received and approved. Tax-exempt status is applied only after a valid California resale license is verified.

General Order Inquiry
Use this form for all general flower and supply order inquiries. Include your needed date, estimated quantities, and product details so the team can route your request internally.
How it works
A team member will review and internally route your inquiry, then contact you about availability and the correct purchasing process. Pre-orders generally require 7–10 business days of lead time and remain subject to product availability. Orders totaling $250 or more require a 25% nonrefundable deposit. Cancellation requests must be made at least five calendar days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Returns of dried floral and supplies require prior approval; approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
