Registration Process

Thank you for your interest in our family business, we are very excited and look forward to start working with you. Orange County Wholesale Flowers has been in the floral industry for over 40 years. We are a family owned and operated company who thrives in giving all our customers the best value, service and quality with every order and look forward to working closely with you in the time to come.

Please, let me help you with the registration process, so that you can start enjoying the wonderful variety of floral and service we’re here to offer.

Registration Form

First, please complete the enclosed Registration form and email it back to us at [email protected] along with a copy of your Business License or State Board of Equalization Resale Permit. You are also welcomed to bring both of those items in person with you on your shopping day.

Remember to add any additional buyers on your form so that we can include them on your account as we verify business approved shoppers at check out. In the event any of your business information changes, please reach out to our team directly at 714-542-6181 for instructions to update your account.

Credit Card Authorization Form

If you won’t be able to come in person to place or pickup orders, you will need to support your orders with a credit card or cash payment in person.

For Pre-orders, there is a 25% (average) non-refundable deposit due upon order taking to secure flower order. Balance must be paid upon order pick up or delivery. Please include sales order number on the CC Form to secure credit card stays on file if you wish to have us hold the card to pay balance at pick up.

If you are leaving a card on file for your business account, please include business name to add this file to your account. For further questions about credit terms and charge days please call Jasmine at 714-542-6181 and she will finalize your account terms directly.

30 Day Accounts-Credit Application

After company approval, you will be requested to review our enclosed Terms and Conditions for more details about opening a 30-Day Credit Account, it is now the most convenient way to do business for our business accounts. Your company gets billed every 30 days while you can purchase flowers at any time by just charging to your account. Monthly statements will be sent. Check monthly payments are preferred to avoid CC processing fee terms.
