    If you are working with domestic “California” product all we need is 5 to 7 working days notice. If your order includes foreign product from New Zealand, Thailand or South America, we’d like to have 10 working days.
    Most of our roses come from South America.

    What about last minute orders?

    We have a large inventory with a very short turn around time. We also receive product Monday through Saturday, with morning and evening shipments, so chances are we will have in stock what you are looking for. In the case that we don’t have it but it is seasonally available, we’ll make arrangements to fill your order on time.

    (If foreign product and it needs to be flown, an extra charge may apply to cover freight expenses)

     

    When Should I pick up my special order?

    It is our opinion that your order should be picked up the day before the event. Larger orders may require dividing your orders into more than one pick up. Just let us know, and we assist you the entire time.

     

    Our daily hours for order pick up are:

    Mon-Fri 7AM to 2PM

    Sat 7AM to 1PM

     

    Will my product be fresh for the date of my event?

    Yes. We will treat your flowers upon arrival, watch them bloom, and have them in our refrigeration systems until you are ready to pick them up from our warehouse. We always encourage you to pre-order your flowers in advance, so that we can schedule their arrival just a day before of your event.

    What should I do if I need the blooms of my flowers open?

    We’ll take care of it. Just let us know that you need the blooms open at the time you’re placing the order. We’ll have them ready for you!

    Do I need to pay a Deposit to place an order?

    A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated amount is required on all orders over $ 100.

     

    If you won’t be able to come in person to place or pickup orders, you will need to support your orders with a credit card.

    Please send us via fax the Credit Card Authorization Form .

    We will charge your credit card for order deposits, or due balances upon mutual agreement.
    Your credit card won’t be charged until we have confirmed your order with the grower (deposit), or we have delivered you the flowers (Balance).
