What are the advantages in using Orange County Wholesale Flowers?

We are a family owned and operated business with many years of experience. We understand our customer’s needs, since we work closely with our customers, making their projects our very own. Once you experience that level of care, you’ll realize how difficult is to find it anywhere else.


Do you sell to the public?

No. We are wholesalers and are committed to flower shops and other people involved in the fresh flowers industry. Floral designers, interior designers, caterers, floral design schools, event Professionals, etc.

If you are thinking of getting involved in the floral trade industry, (for instance, opening or buying a flower shop) we will allow you to visit our warehouse with a 1-day pass; that way you can become familiar with the wholesale flower market.

Do you offer Credit?

Yes. If you are an established flower shop or company that has been doing COD business with us for 3 months, we’ll offer you a 30 day charge account. Completion of a Credit Application is required for al 30 Day Account requests. After processing and approval, notification of acceptance will be sent and your business will be placed on our monthly billing cycle. Please review our Terms & Conditions for more detailed information.


What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 3:00PM and Saturdays from 7:00AM to 2:00PM. Please call in advance for holiday hours.


How can I register to buy from OCWF?

Since our company strongly supports the floral industry in order to purchase from Orange County Wholesale Flowers you must register your business by submitting in person or via fax a completed  registration form along with a copy of the State Board of Equalization Sellers Permit.

You will receive a Membership Card within five to seven business days. Your card will be used only for identification purposes and will allow you or your employees to make future purchases. Please bring your card every time. If you are a floral design student, we need a copy of your valid Student ID Card signed by you’re floral instructor.

We only carry 1st grade products but problems do arise, and we realize how unpredictable perishables can be. If our product does not meet your expectations, please contact us with any questions within 24 hrs.

Do you deliver in my area?

If you are a flower shop in Orange County, most likely we are already delivering in your area. We have 2 route trucks visiting an average of 30 shops per day in central and south Orange County.

If you are not using our delivery services yet, please contact us and we’ll arrange either to add you to our already established routes, or we’ll deliver to you with our refrigerated van service. There is a minimum order, so please check with our sales associates for more details.
